Conductix-Wampfler's Welded Capped Aluminum Power Delivery (CAPD) Rail is the preferred "Green" aluminum stainless power rail. Our patented welded cap design is:

Securely welded in place around the body and can flex as the aluminum expands. Will not pull apart or delaminate over time.
Welded on the lower outside edges away from the running surface.
Unmarred by welds or grinding, so the running surface is smooth & consistent
Applied under pressure and electrically bonded to the conductor body with a layer of non-oxidizing grease
Available in 3000 amp, 4500 amp, and 6000 amp configurations. Other special designs are possible.
